Langsuan: A Small Road with One of Bangkok’s Highest Land Values

In Bangkok, the most valuable land is concentrated in prime central districts such as Ploenchit, Wireless Road, Silom, Rama I, Chidlom, Ratchadamri, and the area around Lumpini Park. These locations combine mass transit, Grade A offices, luxury hotels, embassies, premium retail, hospitals, and landmark mixed-use developments. With official land appraisal values in some of these areas reaching around THB 1,000,000 per square wah, and real market transactions often rising far beyond that, Langsuan remains one of the most prestigious names in Bangkok’s prime land market — a short road with exceptional long-term value.

Langsuan sits in Lumphini, Pathum Wan, linking Chidlom and Ploenchit to Sarasin Road and Lumpini Park.
