Valanti Group and Ennismore have announced the signing of SLS Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, marking the first SLS Residences in Asia-Pacific. Set in one of Bangkok’s most coveted neighbourhoods, the project is positioned to introduce SLS’s signature lavish design and immersive luxury to Bangkok and the wider region. The official unveiling is scheduled for early 2026, with launch in 2026 and completion planned for 2029.

SLS Residences Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 is planned as a freehold mixed-use development anchored by a 36-storey branded residential tower. The collection is intentionally low-density with 78 homes, all configured as corner residences with private lift access for privacy and exclusivity. Amenities include the SLS Social House, meeting rooms, a library and screening room, business facilities, children’s play areas, and a fitness centre. Parking is planned at approximately 170% within a six-level basement.

The project will be developed by Elysian Park Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Valanti Group Co., Ltd. and Pre-Built PCL, bringing Thai luxury development expertise together with Ennismore’s lifestyle hospitality leadership.
