The Monument Collection Continues in Sathon

The Monument Collection is Sansiri’s ultra-luxury condominium series, with each development individually designed around the character and value of its location rather than created from a repeated formula. Recognisable architecture, generous living spaces, a limited number of residences and a high degree of privacy define the collection. This approach has established The Monument as more than a series of prestigious addresses: each project is conceived as an enduring home whose design, value and memories can be passed from one generation to the next. Following the success of its first two developments, the collection is now returning with a new chapter in Sathon.

The Beginning at Sanampao

Launched in 2015, The Monument Sanampao introduced the collection through a 24-storey building with only 86 residences, located close to BTS Sanam Pao. The project offered a quieter and more private form of central Bangkok living, with spacious layouts created for residents seeking the comfort of a home within the convenience of a condominium. Its launch became a defining moment for the brand: the approximately THB 1.5-billion development sold out within a single day. The response demonstrated strong demand for limited, home-like luxury residences and gave Sansiri the foundation to develop The Monument into a wider collection.

A New Scale of Luxury in Thong Lo

The collection expanded in 2016 with The Monument Thong Lo, taking its vision of residential luxury to a new scale under the idea of “Luxury is Space.” Despite rising 45 storeys, the building contains only 127 residences, from expansive two- and three-bedroom homes to trophy penthouses. The project is also pet-friendly and features interiors furnished by Fendi Casa and Flexform, together with bespoke lighting sculptures by Lasvit. These details expressed a form of luxury defined not only by decoration, but also by space, craftsmanship, privacy and service. The Monument Thong Lo went on to achieve sold-out status in 2020.

A New Chapter in Sathon

Approximately a decade after the collection began, The Monument Sathon brings its legacy to one of Bangkok’s most established business and residential districts. The EIA-approved project comprises a 29-storey building with 185 residences on approximately one rai of land. Homes range from one-bedroom layouts to penthouses, sized from 39 to 303 sq.m., with 102% conventional parking—continuing the collection’s emphasis on privacy, generous living space and residences designed for different household sizes.

A Neighbourhood with Character

The Monument Sathon is just 80 metres from BTS Saint Louis, one of the newer stations on the Silom Line, opened in February 2021. Surrounded by major office buildings, hotels and established residential addresses, the station has made this central business district neighbourhood even more accessible and vibrant. Nearby, Sathon Soi 10 and Soi 12 have evolved into a lively lifestyle pocket known for acclaimed restaurants, independent cafés and bars—all within easy reach of the project.

A Rare Opportunity in Sathon

Beyond the energy and convenience of its surroundings, the project offers a distinctive interpretation of The Monument Collection. Its design draws on the area’s natural and architectural heritage, centred around a preserved pink trumpet tree over 50 years old, with spaces created for families and pets. Prices start from 9.9 MB (approx. US$293,500). Register with Richmont’s for further information, exclusive privileges and early reservation opportunities.
