Job Responsibility
- New development and resale residential property sales
- To greet, present, and negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Maintain CRM reports, prepare reservation forms and other sales related documents
- To coordinate and negotiate between potential buyers and the client or developer
- To provide feedback on buyers’ comments and competitors’ promotions to the marketing team
- Occasionally work outside office hours, in the evenings or on weekends if required. Occasional travel overseas may also be required

Qualifications
- Candidates must be able to communicate in Thai and English effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for an agency or developer is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales
- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude
Remarks
- Positions are non-salaried with a generous commission structure and a mobile-phone allowance after probation.
- These are full-time positions with an annual leave allowance
