Sales Manager

We have an immediate vacancy for Sales Managers at our sales offices in Bangkok.

Job Description

  • New development and secondary market property sales.
  • Day-to-day dealings with property developers and Thai and foreign property buyers.
  • Follow-up sales and after sales services with clients and colleagues.
  • Managing a small team of sales executives.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience of 3+ years as a real estate broker, or in project sales & marketing for a large Thai developer is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude is essential.
  • A graduate aged 25 – 35 is preferred. School or university educated overseas is a definite plus.
  • All candidates must be prepared to occasionally work outside office hours, and during evenings or on weekends if required. Occasional travel overseas may also be required.
  • Candidates must be Thai nationals, well-organized, exceptionally presentable and speak and write fluent English.

Remarks

  • A basic salary negotiable depending on qualifications and experience, health insurance, an annual performance bonus and a mobile ‘phone allowance.
  • A generous commission structure increasing potential earnings to THB100,000++ per month.
  • This is a full-time position with 10 days annual holiday in additional to 18 paid public holidays.

Senior Sales Executive

We have an immediate vacancy for Sales Executives at our sales offices in Bangkok.

Job Responsibility

  • New development and resale residential property sales
  • To greet, present, and negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare reports, reservation forms and other sales related documents
  • To coordinate and negotiate between potential buyers and the client or developer
  • To provide feedback on buyers’ comments and competitors’ promotions to the marketing team
  • Occasionally work outside office hours, in the evenings or on weekends if required. Occasional travel overseas may also be required 

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be able to communicate in Thai and English effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field 
  • Previous experience as a real estate broker or working for an agency or developer is required 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of achieving high-end residential property sales
  • Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills with a positive attitude

Marketing Executive

We have an immediate vacancy for a Marketing Executive at our office in Sathorn, Bangkok, connected by skywalk to the new St Louis BTS Station.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement marketing activities for new property developments and second-hand property sales.
  • Oversee the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities.
  • Monitor and analyse the residential property market to identify trends and potential leads.
  • Setting strategy for online marketing to maximise sales and liaise with digital marketing agencies.
  • Coordinate with third party partners such as Digital agencies and product suppliers.
  • Good demonstrable knowledge of Google Adwords, SEO, Facebook Advertising.
  • Original content writing and editing ability in Thai and English.
  • Managing website listings and updates, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to do simple graphic design is a definite plus.
  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager in Bangkok.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in real estate marketing is essential. A background at a leading real estate agency or developer is preferred.
  • A good knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising is essential.
  • Ability to manage social media accounts, websites (no coding or programming ability is required), a YouTube channel and an E-newsletter system is required.
  • Excellent online competency, with the confidence and initiative to introduce new online marketing channels and learn how to use new platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of organisational ability and a positive attitude is essential. A genuine interest in real estate is a definite plus.
  • A graduate aged 25 - 35 is preferred. School or university educated in an English-speaking country overseas is a definite plus.
  • All candidates must be prepared to occasionally work outside office hours if required. 
  • Candidates must be Thai nationals, very well-organised, exceptionally presentable, and speak and write fluent English.
