Payment terms for The Embassy Wireless are straightforward. A booking fee of THB400,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.
Thereafter a further 15% (less the booking fee) is required to be paid within one month at which time a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is also to be signed. Within 60 days of the SPA a further deposit of 15% is required. Final payment of 70% is due upon unit transfer at the Land Office in mid-2028.
The Common Area Management charge for The Embassy Wireless is THB80/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment due on completion is THB800/M2. This means the average monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 34 M2 unit-type is THB 2,720.
