Payment terms for SCOPE Langsuan are straightforward. A booking fee of between THB 500,000 and THB 1,500,000 depending on unit type is required to reserve. Thereafter a further 10% is required upon contract signature, with the final 90% (minus the booking fee) due upon property transfer at the Land Office.
