Payment terms for InterContinental Residences Hua Hin are straightforward. A booking fee of between THB 100,000 and THB 500,000 depending on unit type is required as soon as possible to reserve.

Thereafter a further 10% (less the booking fee) deposit is required to be paid within 14-days at which time a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is to be signed. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request.

10% will be payable in equal installment payments during construction with the final payment of 80% due upon completion in 2022.

The Common Area Management (CAM) charge for InterContinental Residences Hua Hin will be THB 100/M2/Month paid 12 months in advance. This means the monthly CAM fee for a 45 M2 unit will be THB 4,500 (US$ 145). The Sinking Fund payment due upon completion will be THB 1,000 per sq. metre.
