Dusit Central Park is an ambitious mixed-use development covering an area of more than 23-Rai (9 acres) and due for completion in stages by 2025. The project comprises a new Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel, Central Park Offices, Central Park Retail Complex, Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside. The residential component of Dusit Central Park is located in a 69-Floor tower with condominiums sold under two separate lease periods totalling 58 years. The development fronts Rama IV Road near the intersection with Silom Road, and the interchange between Silom MRT Station and Saladaeng BTS Station. From Dusit Central Park there is also easy access to Chalerm Mahanakhon Expressway and Sirat Expressway.

The developer behind Dusit Central Park is Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd, a joint venture between two of Thailand’s foremost businesses; Dusit International and Central Pattana. Founded in 1948, Dusit is synonymous with Thai-inspired hospitality, opening its flagship hotel, the Dusit Thani Bangkok, in 1970, at the time Bangkok’s tallest building. Central Pattana started business more than 70 years ago and has become one of Thailand’s largest developers of retail destinations.
Dusit Central Park has been designed by leading architectural firms A49 and OMA, with interior design by P49 Design and Grid & Co, and landscaping by PLA and Landscape Collaboration.

Located on Floors 30 to 69 of the tower, Dusit Residences comprises 160 units in simplex and duplex configurations with separate private facilities on Floor 46. The interior concept behind the Dusit Residences is ‘refined timeless’ and units range from 2-Bedrooms to Penthouses:

Standard concierge services include: residence manager and property management, 24-hour concierge, doorman and valet parking, 24-hour technical assistance and security, housekeeping service (twice each week), bed linen service (twice each week), a ‘you say we run’ service, a fitness centre attendant, exclusive activities for residents, streamlined communication with facilities in Dusit Central Park, and well maintained common and public areas.
A la carte services include: housekeeping on demand, laundry/seamstress, household maintenance, room service, in-residence dining, party and event planning, floral arrangement, catering for events, babysitting, elderly companion care, doctor consultation, personal shopper, hair salon/manicure, feng shui consultation, interior design consultation and limousine and delivery services.

The Common Area Management charge for Dusit Residences and Dusit Parkside is THB 150/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB 1,200/M2. This means the monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 55 sq.m unit-type will be THB 8,250 (US$ 215).

Location & Amenities
