Payment terms for The Strand Thonglor are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB200,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve. Thereafter 30% deposit will be due upon contract signature within 30 days. There will be no more to pay until transfer in Q3 2021.

The Common Area Management charge for The Strand Thonglor is THB100/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB1,200/M2. This means the monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 48 M2 unit-type is THB 4,800 (US$ 155).
