Payment terms for The Bangkok Thonglor are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 for 1-Bedroom units, and THB200,000 for 2-Bedroom units (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve. Thereafter full payment will be due upon transfer within 14 days.
The Common Area Management charge for The Bangkok Thonglor is THB95/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB900/M2. This means the average monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 57 sqm unit-type is THB5,415 (US$178, HK$1,396, SG$244, CNY1,263, Euro161).
