Purchase Procedure

Purchasing your apartment at The Founding is simple and straightforward with a booking fee of GBP 2,000 for units costing up to GBP 1 million, and a booking fee of GBP 5,000 for units costing more than GBP 1 million payable to reserve your unit.

A 10% deposit (minus your booking fee) is payable upon exchange of contracts (signing the sales and purchase agreement) within 21 days of booking. The balance of 90% is payable upon completion in Q4 2024.
