The Bang Na - Samrong residential neighborhood has seen rapid growth in recent years both in the number of residential developments and commercially since the BTS (Skytrain) was extended to Bang Na, Bearing and Samrong Stations.

The Ari neighborhood is home to equal parts upscale residential areas and hipster hangouts. Those that call this area of Bangkok home are mainly Thais and middle-income foreigners as well as a large number of medical professionals due to the many hospitals located in the area.

A cluster of construction sites has defined the Bang Sue – Tao Poon area for the past few years with the mega train station - Bang Sue Grand Station, heralded as the biggest public transportation station in ASEAN, unveiled in 2021.

The Tha Phra neighborhood is centered around Ratchadapisek Road from Mahai Sawan Junction near Rama 3 Bridge to the Tha Phra Junction at Phetkasem Road.

From its junction with Rama 4, Rama 3 Road follows the western bank of the Chao Phraya River south to Bhumibol 1 Bridge, then northwest past Rama 9 Bridge and across Rama 3 Bridge to Talat Phlu.

Located along Rama 4 Road from Sala Daeng Junction to Hua Lamphong Railway Station (which provides passenger rail services to all parts of Thailand), the Hua Lamphong – Sam Yan neighborhood is served by MRT (subway) Blue Line stations at Sam Yan, Hua Lamphong and Silom (which connects to the BTS Skytrain Silom Line).

The Rama 4 neighborhood, stretching approximately from Rama 4 Junction (with Rama 3 Road) to Witthayu Junction (with Wireless and South Sathorn Roads), and including the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center area, is the site of several major new condominium and mixed-use development projects.

Everything in the Riverside neighborhood is centered around the Chao Phraya River, known as the “River of Kings”.

Ratchathewi – Victory Monument is the corridor from South of Petchaburi Road north to the Victory Monument, and from Rama 6 Road to the west and Phahonyothin Road to the east.
