A reservation fee of THB 50,000 is required, followed by a 5% down payment within 15 days and a 25% second down payment within 30 days of the first installment. The remaining 70% is payable upon ownership transfer.

The Common Area Management Fee is THB 70 per square metre per month, payable 12 months in advance, and the Sinking Fund is THB 700 per square metre, payable once upon transfer. Transfer fees will be equally shared between buyer and the developer.
