Prices at Vi Ari start at 82 MB (US$ 2,532,204, HK$ 19,729,574, SG$ 3,253,317, CNY 18,105,446, Euro 2,173,231) and payment terms are a reservation fee of THB 1,000,000 followed by a 30% deposit and contract signature within 14 days of reservation. The remaining 70% is due upon transfer at the end of 2024. The common area management fee is THB 400/Sq.Wah/Month.

Located 800 metres from Ari BTS Skytrain Station, Vi Ari is just 4 stops from Siam and Siam Paragon Shopping Centre. 2 stops further on the BTS is the Silom and Saladaeng interchange station with the MRT.
The Ari neighbourhood is centered around the Sanam Pao, Ari and Saphan Khwai BTS stations which can be found on the Phahonyothin Road, north of the Victory Monument, making it an easily accessible and a relaxing sanctuary only a short distance away from the major traffic intersection at the Victory Monument roundabout.

The Ari neighourhood is home to equal parts upscale residential areas and hipster hangouts.
