The remaining 70% is due upon transfer at the end of 2024. The common area management fee is THB 400/Sq.Wah/Month.

Located 800 metres from Ari BTS Skytrain Station, Vi Ari is just 4 stops from Siam and Siam Paragon Shopping Centre. 2 stops further on the BTS is the Silom and Saladaeng interchange station with the MRT.
