Payment terms for Tonson One Residence are straightforward. A booking fee of THB300,000 for 1-Bedroom unit types, THB500,000 for 2-Bedroom THB800,000 for 3-Bedroom unit types, and THB 2,000,000 for Penthouses (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter a further 10% (less the booking fee) is required to be paid within one month at which time a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is also to be signed. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. Final payment is due upon unit transfer at the Land Office.

The Common Area Management charge for Tonson One Residence is THB150/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment due on completion is THB1,700/M2. This means the average monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 57 M2 unit-type is THB 8,550.
