Payment terms for The Residences at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok are as follows:  A booking fee of THB 200,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter, a 20% deposit is required within 14 days of signing the Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA), with the remaining transfer fee of 80%.
