Prices & Payment Terms

Prices at Tait Pattaya start from 5.85 MB (US$159,000, HK$1,240,000, SG$214,000, CNY 1,150,000, EUR 150,000). Purchasers may secure a residence with a reservation fee of THB 100,000 for one-bedroom units and THB 200,000 for two-bedroom units. A contract fee of 5% is payable by January 2026, followed by an additional 10% on signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement. Monthly installments of 15% are spread across 28 months, with the remaining amount, less the booking fee, due upon transfer of ownership.

Additional payments due upon transfer include a common area management fee of THB 80 per sq.m., payable 12 months in advance, and a sinking fund of THB 500 per sq.m., payable once upon transfer.
