Surfhouse is a boutique collection of luxury freehold condominiums strategically located north of the popular Bang Tao area with easy access to all that Phuket has to offer. Payment terms for Surfhouse are straightforward with a reservation fee of THB 100,000 required for 1-Bedroom unit-types and THB 200,000 for 3-Bedroom units. Thereafter a 20% deposit is required upon signature of the Sales & Purchase Agreement within 1-2 weeks of reservation. A further 30% payment is required in equal installments during the construction period with the final 50% due upon completion in Q1 2027.

All condominiums are delivered fully fitted with flooring, wardrobes, built-in kitchens and bathrooms and air-conditioning installed. Ceiling heights are 2.7 metres. Bespoke furnishing packages are available upon completition ranging in price from THB 700,000 for 1-bedroom unit types to 1.9 MB for larger units. The common area management fee is THB 108 per Sq.m each month, equivalent to THB 6,480 per month for the smallest 1-Bedroom unit type.

Shared facilities at Surfhouse include a professional gym in the basement with a lightwell providing natural lighting, also in the basement are changing rooms and locker rooms for residents to store their surfboards or belongings should they rent-out their condominiums when not in residence themselves.
