Payment terms for SASARA Hua Hin are straightforward. A booking fee of THB 50,000 for a 1-Bedroom unit, THB 100,000 for a 2-Bedroom unit and THB 200,000 for a 3-Bedroom unit (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve.

Thereafter a further 5% (less the booking fee) deposit is required to be paid within 14-days at which time a Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is to be signed. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request.

15% will be payable in 18 equal installment payments during construction starting in June 2021. Final payment of 80% will be due upon completion in 2023.

The Common Area Management (CAM) charge for SASARA Hua Hin will be THB 80/M2/Month paid 12 months in advance. This means the monthly CAM fee for a 37 M2 unit will be THB 2,960 (US$ 98). The Sinking Fund payment due upon completion will be THB 500 per sq. metre.
