Prices & Payment Terms

A booking fee of THB 50,000 is required to reserve a unit, followed by a contract payment in accordance with the developer’s standard schedule. The remaining balance is payable upon transfer of ownership, with project completion anticipated in February 2028.

The Common Area Management Fee is THB 48 per sq.m. per month (payable 12 months in advance), and the Sinking Fund is THB 550 per sq.m. (a one-time payment upon transfer).

For foreign buyers, all payments must be remitted from overseas in foreign currency and converted into Thai Baht through a local bank to obtain a Foreign Exchange Transaction Certificate (FET) for ownership registration.
