A booking fee of THB 50,000 is required to reserve a selected residence, followed by a contract payment structured according to the unit price, typically representing approximately 15–20% of the purchase value. The remaining balance is payable upon ownership transfer. Transfer fees are calculated at 2% of the appraised value, shared equally between seller and purchaser.

The common area management fee is THB 99 per sq.m. per month, payable one year in advance and professionally managed by Ascott. A sinking fund contribution of THB 800 per sq.m. is payable as a one-time fee upon transfer.
