The architects behind AERQ10 are IDIN Architects who have created green pockets throughout the houses, to enhance ventilation and maximise natural light. Landscaping throughout is by TROP.

There are two building types at ARQ10; M and L, sharing a common theme with some design variations. The first floor of both building types serves as a semi-public space intended for hosting guests and as a family area. The L type features an extra basement floor, offering flexibility and an opportunity to design a private study, playroom or other recreational space.

The basement connects to a sunken court ensuring privacy with open views of greenery. Moving upwards, the mezzanine level comprises a bedroom surrounded by green spaces, creating a connection with nature. The second level is an open-plan layout that combines living and dining areas, and a swimming pool provides a visual backdrop open to the living space. The third level houses two master bedrooms with views of the inner courtyard’s greenery. The rooftop provides a leisure space with a garden featuring trees and green borders.

There are two house types available at ARQ10.

The L house is 6-floors with an elevator and covers 615 Sq.m and  comprises 4-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms, a maid’s quarters, a roof top garden, a hidden basement, a swimming pool and 4 car parking spaces.

The M house is 5-floors with an elevator and covers 470 Sq.m and comprises 3-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms, a maid’s quarters, a rooftop garden and 3 car parking spaces.

Prices for M houses start at 29.9 MB (US$ 874,335, HK$ 6,817,751, SG$ 1,141,695, CNY 6,207,783, Euro 789,892) and payment terms are a reservation fee of THB 500,000 followed by a 15% deposit within 10 days of reservation. Within 30 days, upon contract signature, a further 20% deposit is required. The remaining 65% is due upon transfer of ownership.
