Lease agreements at Charan Tower Residences require a minimum stay of one year. Utilities including electricity and water are charged separately according to the amount consumed.
Upon check-in, residents are required to pay a security deposit equivalent to two month’s rent, along with the first month’s rental payment in advance. Monthly rent is due at the beginning of each month throughout the lease period.
