Opus is a luxury residential development within Bankside Yards, a landmark riverside destination on London's South Bank. Developed by Native Land, the project comprises 249 residences across 50 storeys, standing 170 metres tall as the tallest residential building in prime central London. Completion is expected in Q1 2027.

Estimated annual service charges are £9.98 per sq ft for apartments and £1.99 per sq ft for the estate, with the latter applying once the wider development is completed. There is no ground rent.

A £5,000 reservation fee is required, followed by a 10% deposit upon exchange of contracts and the remaining 90% upon completion.
