Purchase Procedure

A 10% deposit (minus your reservation fee) is payable within two weeks of reservation. The Sales and Purchase Agreement must be signed within four weeks. The remaining 90% is payable on completion in March 2026.

Monthly management and sinking fund fees range from JPY 26,177 to JPY 63,477 (approx. THB 5,779–14,013). Car parking is available for rent from JPY 11,000 to JPY 27,000 per month (approx. THB 2,428–5,960).
