Kay started work as an Office Administrator in a Bangkok city-centre real estate company in 2001 and was soon promoted to Sales Associate. In 2002 Kay and Tim joined together to establish a lettings agency specializing in expatriate and corporate rentals. The company soon became one of the leading independent real estate agencies in Bangkok, eventually renamed to Richmont’s (International) Co., Ltd in 2014, co-owned by Kay and Tim, and becoming Thailand’s only Affiliate of the exclusive Christie’s International Real Estate network in 2017.

Kay’s work for Richmont’s extends from overseeing the Accounting and Human Resources departments, to managing all the Company’s interior design projects. In this regard, Kay has completed highly recommended interior design work at some of Bangkok’s most prestigious addresses, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok and Banyan Tree Residences Riverside, Bangkok.

Kay was educated at high school in Singapore. She holds a Diploma from the Lasalle School of Art & Design in Singapore and speaks and writes English and Thai fluently, and has a thorough working knowledge of spoken Mandarin.
