Krit Pornpitaktepkit is a Sales Executive at Richmont's (International) Co., Ltd., supporting both Thailand property sales and international projects within the International Project Marketing Team. He works closely with clients and investors to understand their goals, recommend suitable opportunities, and guide them through each step of the purchasing journey with clarity and care. 

Before joining Richmont’s, Krit built solid experience in international sales and marketing at Origin Property Public Co., Ltd., where he collaborated with real estate agents across key markets, helped coordinate sales events and property showcases, and supported smooth transactions with strong attention to compliance and documentation. These experiences shaped his consultative approach—focused on long-term relationships, market insight, and practical solutions that fit each client’s needs. 

Krit’s performance has been recognized through multiple awards, including Origin Star Award 2023 (Employee of the Year), alongside achievements in condominium sales, transfers, and cross-selling—highlighting his consistency, dedication, and results-driven mindset. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Airport Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Management (Management and Strategy) at the College of Management, Mahidol University. Fluent in Thai and professionally proficient in English, Krit supports both local and international clients with confidence and professionalism.
