Chalermrat Kongwattanakul joined Richmont’s Luxury Homes Team as a Luxury Real Estate Agent in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Applied Computer Science) from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok and an MBA in Information Technology from Rangsit University.

Before real estate, Chalermrat spent around 15 years as an Account Executive/Account Manager at a leading IT company, advising corporate clients on high-value solutions—shaping his consultative strength in understanding needs and recommending tailored options. She began her real estate journey in 2023 as a property investor, focusing on condominium renovation and resale, which built practical insight into pricing strategy, buyer behaviour, and value creation through design.
